The Office of the President and the Office of Community Relations invite you to this event in which we will honor distinguished Puerto Rican leaders who have been central in uplifting their community for many years: Dr. Luis Mojica, Executive Director of the Multicultural Music Group; Dr. Yomaira Figueroa-Vásquez, Director of the Center for Puerto Rican Studies-CENTRO; Gladys Bruno, Acting Vice President at the 1199SEIU; and Dr. Elaine Ruiz-López, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the International Leadership Charter High School. We will have a cultural presentation by Humanities Professor Thelma Ithier-Sterling, and refreshments will be served.
